I typically do things on my own, so I had a list of houses that I wanted to look at picked out in private. My wife and I gave Bruce and Sheri a rough description of the houses that we wanted and they were able to pick out those exact same home. This validated my selections and my wife and I was able to view most of the homes on the list before finding and excellent deal with a beautiful lake views.
Working with Sheri and Bruce was delightful! Sheri when above and beyond our expectations to find the owner of the lot we were interested in purchasing. Thank you so much for an outstanding experience!
Bruce and Sheri Clark are amazing....we needed a special approach to get reluctant sellers to consider an offer on a property. Sheri and Bruce found a way to make it happen. They are delightful to work with, fair, and they find a way to make things work. You will love working with them and they will perform.
We can’t thank Bruce and Sheri enough for such an amazingly smooth process of selling our home. Through travel, personal life, and juggling other clients, they were always there to answer a call. Bruce and Sheri are two of the kindest people you’ll meet, they are incredibly trustworthy, and genuine. You can tell just how much they care, and take these home journeys seriously. Whether you are selling, or buying, look no further! They are the ones to help you navigate through it all
Bruce and Sheri are the Florida Real Estate team to have on your side! They were knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and were so friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home in the sunshine state!
