I am one of his patients. Dr. Barker is awesome! He tries his damnest to help out his patients. I weighed 300 lbs and lost 140 of it. He has great patience for his clients. I would not trade him for another doctor.
I love talking to Dr. Barker. He is always polite, listens to everything, makes sure all my needs are handled and doesn't rush me out the door. He never keeps me waiting long either!!!
Dr. Barker takes his time to answer all my questions. I have lots of questions all the time. He understands weight loss and gain. He is guiding me to maintain the 20 loss I needed and attained. He found out I have gluten intolerant and insulin resistance.
Excellent doctor I've been seeing him for over 10 years. He is one of the best doctor's I've ever had.
I have been going to Dr. barker for 10 yrs. I am a very complicated health patient. Several major health problems. He has always listened to me with a true compassion to my issues. He truly shows the care he wants to you to for ultimate health. Never degrades or talk above you. I will not go to another Dr. for primary care. He has a LNP who is also great.
I am a 84 yr old woman who has had weight loss stomach surgery done & go to Dr Barker as a referral from the Dr. who did my surgery. He is excellent and very kind in talking to someone who has a weight problem. I have never found someone who is so kind and compassionate to someone who is overweight. Never makes you feel bad if you don't lose much or if you might happen to gain, he just says we'll work through this. Will give you a pat on the back & tell you he is proud of you when you loose.
I have been Dr. Barker's patient since 2014 and I have always found him to be compassion and knowledgeable about what ever health problems I have had. He is friendly and I would not consider ever going to any other provider for my health care.
