They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
