To be honest, I didn’t like the open floor plan on my first visit, but the expert professionals instantly won me over. After over a year of consistent treatments, my chronic pain has significantly improved, my posture is better, and I feel the difference immediately if I skip a week. I love this chiropractic office. I get treated like royalty. Dr. Numeroff knows his stuff, and he has such a great team behind him. Erika directs all the patients too different therapists and is on top of every patient that walks through the door. I would be absolutely lost without her. Bharat and Athena, I highly recommend for Stem and massages. They’re able to get all the aches and pains that I have all week corrected. The reason why i give Dr. Bruce a 5 Star everytime I go there they always great me with a warm welcome and a smile and they always do good with acupuncture and massage even the two secretaries Jamie and Erika and James even his daughter is a big help to me.. and i also wanna give doctor Bruce a big thank you for putting me in the right path on losing weight with Doctor Nelson Nayquan Spells….
The doctor and most of the staff are great, but Erica completely ruins the experience. She’s rude, unprofessional, and talks down to both patients and coworkers like she’s in charge of everything. Her attitude makes the whole office stressful and unpleasant. It’s really disappointing because everyone else here is friendly and respectful. Management needs to step in — no one should be treated the way she treats people.
