Great office and staff. Carey R sees my mom and she has been amazing. Staff is always friendly and helps with anything we need. Definitely recommend to anyone with gastro or gerd issues. 😄
This facility did my mom’s scope in April she was sick since that day and called his office telling them she was in pain and losing weight. They told her she didn’t need another scope to sleep upright and change her diet. The nurses who told my mother to sleep upright was rude . She finally went to a new GI doctor and they ordered blood work and found out she is bleeding from somewhere they are setting up a new scope. Since April of this year I have been trying to have a colonoscopy which was ordered by my PCP through this office after other testing was done. When I call to schedule AHN is unable to assist because they said that this office does their own scheduling so they transfer you to the office. The receptionist was extremely rude, argumentative and said that they could not schedule a colonoscopy for me (despite having a referral for one and having all of my test results sent over!).
