Refusing to return my 200 surgical deposit. The surgery was canceled by their office due to the insurance company saying her notes were not clear and the surgery was unnecessary. They said I owed a bill which I proved to them I did not. It was only until I got the insurance company involved did they miraculously find my payment. They tried to run my card twice to obtain another payment. My insurance company had to cancel that card because of this. This has been going on since early March!!!!
