I see they got my old review taken down, so let's leave a new one. My wife and I rented a house through these people for 3 years, never missed a payment and were frequently called model tenants. When the owner decided on a whim to sell the house during the midst of the pandemic, we were told to either buy the house or get out. When I informed them that we were not immediately ready to purchase a house, their attitude immediately changed to a hostile one.
