Reckless driving and speeding on the highway. They don't care about your safety on the road safety and quality construction probably are not high priority for them.

We rented from these guys for 3 years and let me just say that they will find every way to screw you out of a buck. We built out our unit on our dime never expecting to get any of that investment back and fully understanding that they would be able to get more rents after we left, but we did hope to get our deposit back. We left our unit in much better shape then we got it, but no, after months of paying too much in rent due to our new building taking longer than expected to build out, we got screwed on our deposit too.
