Professional dealership I stopped in during my lunch break and had to wait a while for someone to help me, paperwork to get organized, and for the employee to find my car key. After I paid, I was told where my car was parked and it was easily found. When I got to the car it was left unlocked, which I am assuming was the majority of the day! I can overlook the lack of perks of other car dealerships...i.e. car being washed when you bring it in for service, but at least lock my car.
Professional We went in to have my Jeep Wrangler serviced for the yearly state inspection. There were no problems and we did not have to wait long for the service to be completed.
