RecommendedI rented from BRTfor 10 years and they were very good to me. I would still be there but I had to transfer for my job. They are very good landlords taking care of any issues quickly. I would definitely rent from them again! and I would refer them to anybody looking for a place.
Our overall experience with BRT has been amazing. We have been living in one of the 400 apartments for a little over a year. We chose this location due to the proximity of our future home building site, the privacy of the neighborhood, and the overall attractiveness of the unit itself. Whenever we've had an issue (garage door, heating/cooling, etc), BRT has been very prompt to respond and get the problem fixed immediately. I have been living in the 400 Place Townhomes for the past 7 months. I have LOVED living here! I chose BRT because of the location and their low monthly rental costs. Deer Creek is a safe, quiet, family-oriented town. The property managers, Bob and Ashley Schieler, are very friendly and professional. Any problems are handled promptly and efficiently.
