In LaQuinta. I wrote to HOA expressing complaints, email response was that BRS would come talk to us directly about our concerns. No show, no phone call, nothing but all same junk littering our yard & generator chained to our tree. If I had a large bolt cutter I would have taken care of it myself. James and Fernando came through today to investigate a leak coming from a drain above my ceiling... It's an ABS pipe, it's not up to code and it's a problem my HOA is brushing off. But these guys came thru, heard my frustrations and got to work clearing the drain and patching problematic areas to at least get me some temporary peace of mind. Will it work?
