James and Fernando came through today to investigate a leak coming from a drain above my ceiling... It's an ABS pipe, it's not up to code and it's a problem my HOA is brushing off. But these guys came thru, heard my frustrations and got to work clearing the drain and patching problematic areas to at least get me some temporary peace of mind. Will it work? If you would like someone to come to your complex at 8am and absolutely slam a ladder against your roof with complete carelessness for people with graveyard shifts and are sleeping, hire these guys.
