No Response to Consultation Request I reached out with a detailed inquiry about a landscape consultation for a refined, deer-resistant planting, and design inspired by English and French gardens. Despite the company’s strong reviews, I never received a reply. A simple acknowledgment or scheduling update would’ve gone a long way. Disappointing lack of follow-through.
Brett and his crew were great to work with. He did an amazing job on the landscape project for our townhome development. He was quick to respond to any questions and finished the job in a timely manner. Very professional.. I highly recommend BRS for any landscape or design needs.
Brett and his team are the best. Initially reached out to Brett after a leak in our basement (had read good reviews about his drainage work) and he was able to come out the very next day and come up with a plan and quote. Fixed all of our issues in a timely manner. Several months later we also had him do some design and landscaping for us and we had the same great experience with him and his team. I can't say enough good things about Brett. In the middle of a stressful move, he went above and beyond to help me. He cleaned up my landscaping and even cleaned out my shed and took loads to the dump without being asked. He truly blew me away with his willingness to help me.
Sorry for the lengthy review... Unfortunately our experience with BRS Landscape was no where near a 5.0 rating like everyone else. Initially Brett came out to our home early July of 2023 to discuss a custom project and provide a design, an estimate as well a potential start date. As stated on their website, we paid the $50 consultation fee when he was here and then the $400 design fee late July 2023.
