Today was my first time at Brrrn....and I LOVED it! Took the HITT class with Cake and then hit the sauna! Wishing I lived in the city to take class more often. if you live in the city or come for a visit I highly recommend checking this place out. All of the staff was super friendly. I can't wait to come back and try all the other classes they offer! 💪

Different type of experience. The cold weather allows you to push yourself harder and you really don’t feel the cold too much. I wore shorts and a T-shirt and I by the end I thought more layers would be a mistake.

Class with Caitlyn (cake) is always awesome! Highly recommend, challenging but rewarding class!
This studio is fantastic. I have taken class from Chris and Scott, and they are both incredible. You can tell when you walk in that everyone who works there is enthusiastic about the studio and the community they are building. �
