My husband took in one of his drawings to be copied. They ripped the original drawing during the scanning process. Not too happy about that. They also refused to do any color correction on the image because "it would take a long time." We paid upfront, and after the drawing was torn, we felt uneasy about them doing our printing. We called to let them know we changed our minds and would like a refund on the prints we paid for but did not pick up.
