Our home builder decided to have our HVAC unit on the second floor, there our tons of houses with our floor plan but for some reason, we have been dealing with leaks from the unit coming down and damaging the ceiling and drywall. It happened shortly after our move into this brand, new home and then again just recently. Blaine has helped us both times doing his best to deal with the issue with the resources he has.
