Listen, when it comes to HVAC, there are a lot of options. I was referred to Brozwood by a couple of family members when our AC stopped working on July 24. Not only was Brozwood open, the technician, Kaden, was so incredibly kind and sweet. He ended up having to come twice thanks to the holiday weekend and things being closed, but he was seriously the best! Thank you Brozwood HVAC! Had a weekend emergency to get A/C going after it stopped working during a 100 degree heatwave. They responded immediately and had Josh at my place fixing within the hour. Josh was great and he got my A/C working after a quick diagnostic and parts replacement. Highly recommend!
Joshua was very passionate about doing his job. He was very helpful explaining in details the problems and what worth solving it for. Brozwood was an absolute pleasure to work with they were fast efficient friendly. Brandon came in late afternoon on such short notice to replace our furnace. He was so nice and literally had a challenging task with removing our old furnace and putting in the new one but he was resilient and optimistic the entire time thank you.
