I called this business for an inquiry on flowers for our wedding and the florist on the phone was extremely rude. After asking about typical pricing for flowers, she was very short with me and with an arrogant tone told me I could not receive any quotes without an appointment. I understand that an appointment is needed for this type of thing, however, this woman practically hung up on me without asking me if I would like to make one. I love the owner and am disappointed with the unexpected service I received today.

I would NEVER use this florist for any occasion. The actual owner was a complete witch and had horrible customer service. She spoke to me like she didn't want or need my business. STEER CLEAR!

Customer service is not the word I would use for this florists they could care less about service to the customer

Ordered flowers for my mom and received a rude call from the manager the next day that i needed to cancel my order because the associate made a mistake. My option was to spend more money and change my delivery date. I was treated like i had done something wrong. Very bad way to conduct business.
