I have had multiple terrible experiences with this location (BrowznAround @ Triangle Town Center). It seems as though they have severe staffing problems as well as overall professionalism. I have made appointments, shown up on time and been made to wait for almost an hour only to be told there's no one available. Don't waste your time. Unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. Stephanie, the owner, needs to go back to school and learn about customer service. She did not keep an appointment I had with her today and told me that I would have to wait 1 hour to be seen. Although I have had this appointment for my eyebrows for 1 week, and I live 1 hour away. Not worth the hassle. Spend your money somewhere else. Stephanie's shop needs to be shut down!

Don't waste your time. The shop is never open...or there isn't anyone in there that can actually wax eyebrows. I made an appointment and the doors were closed. This place is never reliable. Go to ulta they have an eyebrow bar and are awesome!

The permanent lash is not worth the high price. Looks good for day or so, but fresh mascara much better daily. Don't waste your money.

personally, i was very satisified with the service...i opted for permanent make-up...brows and liner and both look absolutely fantastic!!! i strongly recommend it.

The Best Eyebrow Specialist – I have been getting my eybrows done by Stephanie for years. She is excellent!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else and I always get complements on my brows. I love the convenient location in Triangle Town Center, close to home and other shopping areas.

THE BEST!!! – Its a very relaxing and professional enviroment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The best eyebrow shaping i've ever had' my brows have never looked this good. Not only are you paying for a eyebrow waxing but also the quality of service you receive. Its definitely worth the money. I will NEVER go to another $8 eyebrow place again.

Best evebrow wax/shaping I have ever had! – I found out about this place via groupon...smart advertising. The lady was most friendly, knowledgable and provided a warm and inviting environment in a busy mall. Definately recommend to anyone looking to reshape and define your features in a very professional way!

Best EyeBrow Shaping Ever – This place is very comfortable and plesent to be in a busy mall. The ladies in there are very nice and greet every customer that walks inside the business. The shaping they do to your eyebrows is remarkable. They make it look so neat and perfect. they dont hurt you the wax is never too hot and they handle you with the best customer service possible!!! I highly recommend them to any and everyone the service is GREAT!!!!
