Summary: incompetent management company. Not just a little. Really incompetent. I'm amazed that they continue to have customers. Details: - Calls are never returned - They can't keep appointments they make - They can't keep track of the issues in our building that they need to assess On the bright side: my building is switching management companies. 10 months too late.
very hands-on detailed oriented property managers – They are the managing agents for our 32 unit condo and have worked very hard for the condo owners with certain issues with the developer. They really know their business-our cpa and attorney should be so easy to work with and as results oriented. Quality group of people. We’ve been around the block with other property managers – but Brownstone has proven themselves – they care to do things right.
