This is usually my go-to spot but will be going elsewhere after the mid service I just received. It took the esthetician <2 minutes to thread my eyebrows and at the end I had to ask her myself to trim the front, which should be a given as part of the service. I didn’t even know she was done until I opened my eyes to her holding a mirror to my face and didn’t offer any astringent or a tissue to wipe my face.
