I hate to give this place as a whole a bad review because I have been coming here for 10 years, and not had this bad of an experience before. The lady that did my eyebrows today was not good at her job. I forgot to ask for her name. She said that she has been at the establishment for 4 years. I normally only go on weekends or Mondays, but I just went today around 11am. She asked me if I wanted a “clean up” and I said yes. I came in for brow and lip threading and was helped right away—no wait at all! Keishna did a great job shaping my brows and made the whole experience quick and comfortable. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for great results and friendly service
