I don’t remember the lady who did my eyebrows but this was my first time coming here. I wanted to make sure I was in good hands because I didn’t want my eyebrows to be overthreaded. Prices are extremely fair and I was very pleased with my service. One of the best rated threading for a reason! This was also the quickest job I’ve ever had done in almost 10 years. I just walked in, sat in a chair and left with great brows again— no fluff.

Very weird and disappointing experience. I walked into Chandi’s Eyebrow Threading and was completely ignored, no greeting, no acknowledgment. When I politely asked if I could access the WiFi while I waited, the owner bluntly said, “I don’t know the password.” There were clearly two networks listed, and somehow she didn’t know the password to either? I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I came in for a full face threading and waited patiently for 30 minutes while others were served. When it was finally my turn, I was told only eyebrows and upper lip could be done because the staff member was tired and hadn’t eaten. By that time, it was too late to go elsewhere, and I had an important event the next day. I genuinely felt extremely bad for her—it was clear she was overwhelmed.
