Im a member here and go monthly for brow threading and tinting. Ive always been super satisfied with the service, however I went yesterday and was seen by Safina and although my brows look lovely, she was incredibly rough on my skin, causing me to bleed in multiple spots in the eyebrow area. This has NEVER happened to me before and was very painful. Im really hopeful my next service will be better :/

Terrible customer service and unfair double standards I spent $500, apart from tips, here recently for permanent eyebrows and nails, but the eyebrow pigment turned out patchy. When scheduling a touch-up to fix their mistake, the salon rescheduled on me with less than 24 hours' notice. I accommodated them, but when I had a car issue the next day and needed to adjust, the technician (Janki) angrily demanded a $50 late fee. I got a facial done with Aastha today and it was a wonderful experience. I was super relaxed and she did a fantastic job. Highly recommend booking your facial with Aastha she is careful and very considerate and she made sure to keep it a quiet a relaxed space with minimal talking! Appreciate you so much!
I was in the area and called on a whim to have my eyebrows threaded. I was able to get in right away. It was a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I definately will be back again!
