The worst scam. Charged me $150 for hydra facial and didn't provide the core function of that facial , vortex extraction. Just used normal scrub in that place. All the other steps were completely unrelated to hydra facial too. I paid $150 for something which I could have done basically at home with $20 facial kit from Amazon. Came in as a first time client for brow threading and I was quickly serviced. It was much painless than I thought it would be but my brows ended up being much thinner than I wanted. I felt like the communication could’ve been better to get more of the results I wanted. The tail of my brows are way too thin.

I have been coming a few times over the past couple of years and normally love it but since they’ve hired new people I would not recommend going unless you go with the normal lady there. I believe her name is Sujita. I just went and was taken back by someone else and I specifically asked to only clean up my eyebrows please as I am trying to grow them out. When I looked in the mirror she had taken off a major chunk of my eyebrow and when I mentioned it she only said oh there was only a couple of thin hairs. Hopefully she does... read more
Staff was nice but she made my eyebrows way too thin. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
