Unethical business practices. I had an emergency and required changing my scheduled appointment. I booked before and didn't have any issues. But during my second follow-up appointment I needed to reschedule however, I was billed anyway for services and there was no mention verbally or prior to booking from business regarding these policies and hidden fees. Our cancellation and no-show policies are stated on the website, booking site and social media pages. The cancellation and no-show policies are also stated at the end of the booking request when asked for a credit card number to hold the appointment.The account shows several consecutive last-minute cancellations, and we did not charge the fees in question as a courtesy to the guest except for the final time.
