I was not happy at all with my experience here. The water was cold and the massager turned off after 15 mins and was not turned on again. I felt like the associate was brand new and she was not experienced at all. Not worth the money to spend here. I was surprised they are Korean owned as all other Korean spas in the area are 10/10. AND this is the only head spa location I know of that makes their customers blow dry their own hair after a headspa service….!!! Terrible
I honestly enjoy the experience of the scalp care and massage. Emma was so sweet and explaining every step and answering questions I had I just thoroughly loved the experience and this was my first time ever doing this.
I was absolutely delighted to find this spot! It was such a fantastic experience,completely relaxing😌 I tried a Korean head spa for the first time, and it was incredibly soothing🧖♀️😍I highly recommend it to everyone!
Amazing experience! I saw the great reviews and thought I’d try out the Signature Korean Head Spa and I’m so glad I did :) It was very relaxing and the practitioner was very kind and professional. Highly recommend visiting and well worth the value! I loved how it was so thorough and included the facial and aromatherapy, my hair feels so soft and silky. I’ll be recommending it to my friends and family :)
Came here for a couples headspa treatment to relieve some stress. It was a nice treat for ourselves after a long week. Emily greeted us and checked our Scalp before treatment. Experience was very well overall. And very convenient parking in the front as well.
