Jodie helped me find the perfect ukulele for my granddaughter. It was all done over the phone and by email since I live in Alaska and my granddaughter lives in Florida. Jodie was extremely patient and understanding. I learned a lot and my granddaughter is very happy with her new ukulele! It arrived very fast. Thank you Jodie for your excellent customer service!

Brownwood music and the staff are amazing!
Brownwood Music had always been my favorite music store. My husband and I bought our kids their first guitars from there over 13 years ago. We love their support for local musicians and involvement with our community.
Absolutely the greatest people I’ve met in any music store so far. So hospitable and such friendly staff. Never been on a tour in a music store before and it made my day seeing all the artists on the walls such as Willie Nelson and Tracy Byrd along with great others.
