STRONGLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!. my sister took her 01 Chrysler Town & Country van in for a alignment and they "claim" they rotated her tires...then one of the office helps claimed the wheels were never taken off. I've been a certified mechanic for a long while now...and even I know, that for wheels to be rotated, you have to take the wheels off to move the rears to the front and the fronts to the rear. and they managed in the process of doing the rotation, to screw up one of her lug nuts and damaged the wheel studs ... read more
