I love my apt at Brownwood Apts ll I'm 70 years old and this is the best place I've ever lived. I just love the Manager Johnny and the maintanous man. I love my apt. Need maintanous, call and they come really quick.
Bad place to live they change management to much they dont no how to run the place..yard work is ugly....
Living here is ok...temporary...not permanent.. mgt changes so often,an they lose paperwork...they dont backup their lease terms....not a very good place to raise a family. :(
