Do not try to leave a message on their phone system. Even though it says to leave a message, I was told by an office employee they do not have the capability to get messages. I left many messages before someone actually answered the phone. The staff was very nice when I talked with someone, but it took a month to get someone to get a refund started.
Staff is obviously incompetent. They don’t know how to schedule an appointment; constantly having to reschedule patients when they show up for their appointment because they most likely forgot to schedule them. Male Doctor is rude and obviously should not be practicing medicine if he isn’t able to properly speak to patients. I don’t understand how this clinic is still open. Would not recommend coming here.
I’ve been Dr Mendoza in Mission TX patient for 3months now and I can honestly say I’ve never felt as great as I do now. I’ve been a lifelong sufferer of asthma/ bronchitis and Dr Mendoza treatment and specialty care has been the first time I’ve been free from steroid/ antibiotic for an extended time. I’m grateful to have found such a caring clinic. All the girls up front are phenomenal and attentive as well.

Every time I bring my dad here it is a 3 hour wait minimum just to see the dr. He is in a wheelchair and suffers from dementia. I have asked if I can call to have him signed in before I come in and they said no. I asked if I need to ask his primary for a referral to another pulmonologist and they said yes but with doing that I would have to take him to weslaco or upper valley since this is the only pulmonologist in Harlingen.
