Terrible customer service. Did not let me talk.
Brownsville Hummer Limousines helped us in our time of need. They were the only company who worked with us for my Dad's funeral needs to get our large family to and from the burial. Randall was willing to work within our abilities and timeframe and was conscious of our situation and showed compassion during our difficult time. He sent very professional drivers and made sure we got the service we needed.
Excellent communication and we had a lot of fun! We did everything we wanted and the driver was helpful to us newby limo riders. Totally recommend for your wild ride around town.
Great company to work with. They arrived on time at the airport, and drove my boss around to the destinations he needed to go to. The driver was Jesus, and he was very kind. They picked my boss up at 3:15 AM the next morning and took him to the airport for a very early flight. Great experience, if we ever go back to Brownsville or surrounding areas we will be using them again. Also they do offer other vehicles other than limousines, in particular we were looking for a black SUV, and they picked my boss up in a 2024 Cadillac,... read more
