The Brownsville House Apartment Building located at 310 Cadwelder Street in Brownsville Pennsylvania Fayette County was nice when I lived there. But however, times have changed there is no smoking, rubbing snuff and or vaping allowed on that property and all apartments are only one bedroom. The rent is $800.00 per month. If you are on a Government Fixed Income I recommend that this place is not worth it.
I your local guide William Robinson lived in the old historic river town of Brownsville PA up in Fayette County. And I two had my own apartment at the Brownsville House. And for those 6 years that I lived in there I though that the manager was not so bad. And as I have moved on and back home to McKees Rocks Pennsylvania. And the rent was vary reasonable to pay as it was back then 30 percent of the Income.
Don't rent here infested with bed bugs!! Horrible management in dealing with these issues!! For a retirement aged senior living they should be ashamed!!
