The worst sales experience of buying a vehicle. The salesman and sales manager were extremely rude. I was coerced into a deal that I did not agree with and vehicle internet pricing was not being honored. The salesman lied multiple times and the vehicle was delivered with a broken windshield to which they refused to replace.
Took my Honda for service about a suspension sound, no once but twice my service advisor was Krystal. First time they said they didn’t found anything yet the sounds persisted. The second time they said the problem was a pan being loose and supposedly my bumper brackets were broken ( which has nothing to do with Suspension problem). And yet the sound is still there.
