It's a terrible place. You have to weigh before check-in, but you only find out about this at check-in. The broker forgets to mention it. The scales cost $10. After that, you wait another couple of hours to be told where you will be loaded. Then you lose another hour or two waiting in line for loading. After that, you weigh again and wait another couple of hours for your paperwork.
Plan to be here for at least 6 plus hours do not forget to have cash on hand at least 14 dollars. 4 to enter the port and 10 dollars for scale house must scale empty before going ro warehouse. When you go back to scale out after load they'll charge 10 dollars cash. The loaders are very fast its the paperwork and getting checked in nobody in the office knows what they are doing

It only takes about 15 minutes to load the product on the truck. But you must wait about 45 minutes before they give you the paperwork telling the forklift driver what to load on the truck and then after you scale you must wait almost an hour or more to actually get the bill of ladings so you can leave the problem. 1/29/26 first time here and it was a great experience. They were supposed to open at 0800, but the lady was running a little bit late So the window didn't open till about 8:20. She was very friendly, courteous and respectful. Was told where to go to get loaded and was immediately met with forklift driver who was also courteous and respectful and listened when I instructed him how I wanted the product loaded.
