Horrible service since check in. The women checking you in take forever to look up your information. Then the forklift drivers are all horrible at loading.
Very slow people. It takes them over an hour to print out my paperworks at the office. Spend here 5 hours from the time I checked in. Nothing to say but better stay away if this place.
Had a few issues but most were my fault. Got the ld info while rolling so nvr had a real chance to read over. But know now whts needed going in. When u arrive you'll pay to enter. Nxt step scale. 10 bucks (pay once loaded) Chk in n wait for to b sent to ur loading area. Get loaded n scale out n return to office 4 paperwork.
The place is Garbage, stood in line for an hour just to be told I couldn't be loaded after 3 p.m., even though I was in line before 3 p.m. Then I was told I had to scale and pay for it. I went to Love's, got back the next day, and waited over 2 hours just to get loaded. The loaders are awesome; it's the office that's a problem. 3+ hours of my life i won't ever get back Make sure you scale at quality scales first then park put on the way at location get ready 2 wait
Know before you go. They will not accept any other weigh ticket. Can be quick to load, slow to release. 3.30pm is cutoff for Check-In.
