Horrible experience with the OBGYN, if you’re a first time mom don’t even bother coming to this location, staff is rude and ignorant, there is no patient privacy since the nurses gossip about patients, they won’t bill correctly so you’ll have to constantly be reaching out to your insurance, and they will deny you service even when you’re far along in your pregnancy if they find out you didn’t agree with them, don’t even bother wasting your time here
Horrible place to go the nurse practitioner Guadalupe Roque in adult center treated me horrible I’ve been going there for quiet a while and that lady said that she doesn’t have the time to listen to me about my medical problem because is too many complications I have & that she has more patients to see and shes used to only 15 min visits at the most . This place is amazing. Emergency extraction of tooth that was infecting face eye and nasal. Even with complications and the infection making anesthesia not as efficient they took care of me, and tried to make it as painless as possible. I was able to power through the last end. LOOK at this suckered, the wide part was IN THE GUM it was the root. Hospital staff seeing me when complications and afterwards making sure I am fine is a godsend. I can't thank you enough for saving my life.
