Laurel Windsor made us an appointment to view a home, only to buy the home out from under us before the appointment happened.
I called to check the land and was connected to Reuel May. When he found out I don’t have real estate agent he started pushing about signing the paperwork before showing. How greedy of him trying to get 5% commission. I reach out to seller and he decided to go with someone else. Instead oof hiring people with weird names Berkshire should focus on serving their customers, not turning the potential buyers down!
We received disrespectfully offer for our home, almost $200k below the asking price from Benjamin Shirk. Shame on you! Please beware and never do business with Benjamin Shirk and Berkshire Hathaway! Time to stop those trash offers to come!
