My lease goes up in 2 months and we for sure will be moving!! Since we have been here there has been 2 shootings, a stabbing, and 3 SWAT drug busts!! This is not the place to even consider raising a child... The playground equipment is always disgusting there is always urine (yes human urine) on the slides.. This place IS actively dangerous. With fights every night. Drunk loud people screaming and of course the drug and gun problem. If you have children it is not a safe place to live. The roach problem that they wont fix, the "newly renovated" means they painted and thats it. When i moved in the floors were stained and dirty and fridge still was filthy my tub looks disgusting and peeling and one of my bathrooms i cannot use. I am goving honest advice that no one gave me when i moved here.
