Always easy to get checked in and the location is easy to access from the 74. The staff have always been great and I’ve never had an instance where I had to wait past my scheduled appointment.
I went to this location for an eye exam. This is a nice VA clinic. The staff is very Friendly and welcoming. When you enter it is very clean and peaceful; almost has a spa like atmosphere. Kudos to the people who work there, they are doing a great job taking care of us veterans!
Every since the VA struggled with appointments at the main facility and the clinics opened, service has gotten better through the VA. The Brownsburg continues to staff with professionals both doctors and admin staff. Facility is always clean with ample parking.
