My Dad had a Audiologist appt on Friday, April 18th - he was being fitted by Jessica the head of the Audiology Department for his new Hearing Aids - can not say enough great things about Jessica - she was INCREDIBLE!! - she made everything so simple for my 91 year old father - and her compassion & professionalism was just outstanding - Thank You Big Time Jessica for your outstanding Skills - looking forward to bringing my Dad back in the middle of May to work with Jessica again - Jessica is a huge asset to the VA in Brownsbu... read more
I've been getting my primary care through this facility since it opened. I've seen the primary care clinic, lab, pharmacy, optical, and physical/occupational therapy. I can call and get an appointment usually within a day or two for primary care. Specialty care may take a week or more but is usually less than a month to be scheduled, *way* better than through IU Health! I've seen a lot of complaints about the amount of handicapped parking.
