I started with Lauren after physical therapy at fast trac didn’t work for my long term goal of making a old shoulder injury feel better. After about 15 massages in 6 months I can now do a push up. No longer I’ve fallin and can’t get up. I will continue to get massages regularly in hopes to achieve my long term goals of getting around with no pain. Thanks Lauren
