Horrible experience. First off I have dental insurance. I went in to have a broken tooth looked at and they gave me an estimate of 162.00 to have it pulled. Upon leaving I found mortenson and pearl dental to be cheaper. So I did not use brownsboro station. Then 2 months later they send me a bill!!! Alll they did was look at my tooth! Did a an X-ray which is covered by my insurance. I would never recommend nor go to this palace again! They practice deceptive business practices!!! Stay away from them!!!

I’m not happy finding out that you’ll never sent the prior authorization on December 4, 2025, I was told it was approved. Aetna said they never got it and your staff lied and said they sent it but Aetna never responded. I have had Aetna dental for 4 years and that not how they operate, the PA takes about 7 days, so when I called and spoke with a gentleman there he said it was approved.
