I had an excellent experience with this dealership, and what stood out most was the customer service. Brown's West Branch was so wonderful to work with. Their new building is beautiful inside. I live 20 mins away from another Brown's location and drove all the way the West Branch to buy my new car. The sales staff at the other Brown's was not willing to work out a deal with me. West Branch went out of their way to make the deal. I will drive the hour and 45mins to get a vehicle there again.
Looking good
I would absolutely work this service department again. They are so kind and willing to work with you. Very respectful and if I ever make my way back in Iowa definitely will be taking my vehicles there.
Treat you like you want to be treated
