I am like posting this, but I wanted to acknowledge the kindness of Matt the service manager. I have an Audi Q3 and was in PEI on vacation where there is no dealer. I had a flat tire and the key for removing the anti-theft nut was missing from my vehicle. I was able to get the tire plugged And it was no longer leaking but could not. Bought my 2024 Volkswagen Atlas April 23rd, drove away with it. April 26th I reached out to the salesman I was working with, and questioned why my “change oil” message was coming on and questioned if the atlas had been serviced prior to me purchasing it. He told me to give him until Monday to figure it out , no word from him that Monday, I messaged a few more times and was left unanswered . Bought a car, Andrew was my salesman. My situation was a little unusual, but right from the start everything was upfront and honest. Andrew was responsive every time we had a question, and everyone I dealt with, Ryan in finance and Megan in reception, was friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this dealership enough! Ask for Andrew, but I'm sure the other people in sales are almost as good.
