I had problems over and over with my Volks, and instead of properly helping, the dealership repeatedly found ways to send me home saying the problem was fixed. Barely out of the dealership, the same problem would come back, making me question whether the car was actually being looked at. They were much more interested and welcoming when it was time to sell me the car. Unfortunately, the post-purchase service has been awful and extremely disappointing.
