Unfortunately I encountered a discourteous Brown’s Tree Service driver today in St Armand’s circle. I was trying to get over and had plenty of room and your driver laid on the horn and tried to block me. I live on LBK and will be sure to post my experience on our local FB groups. Unfortunately, that kind of behavior is probably indicative of the interaction any person using your services would have. I have nothing bad to say about this company. Truly a great company VERY professional and cleaned everything that came down off of the tree.
Made it clear he would be here today in the afternoon but showed up in the morning when I was out of the house. He sent me a text saying “I’m at your house and you are not here.” I tried replying but he blocked my number. Very unprofessional. He did not offer to reschedule or explain why he came in the morning and not the afternoon like we agreed on.
