Edited June 14/26. I want to amend my review after an excellent interaction with Courtney from Brown’s Florist. She was professional and truly wanted to make my experience with her store a positive one. Because of her fantastic customer service I have increased my rating. Would absolutely order from them again. Was really happy with my first few orders from Brown’s. This last one a week ago was very underwhelming. We were absolutely delighted with this orchid corsage creatively designed for a 50 wedding anniversary! ( for the bride)!! Thank you Emma…a great job which was admired by all at the celebration of this special day!

I just had such a lovely experience over the phone with Hannah at Brown’s the Florist Sidney. She went above and beyond from start to finish to assist me with the best floral arrangement option. Hannah was amazing with communication and clearly sharing what options were available, and was extremely friendly, kind and compassionate, especially given the context of requesting a bouquet for someone who had recently lost a family member. Helpful staff, friendly, flowers look great in the store but I have to share I’ve used them 3 times now and each time within a day the flowers are not holding up. Might be my home. But I’ve tried other stores and get at least a week plus with my blooms - don’t know why….
