Here is why auto dealers' reputations are so poor. I brought my truck to Safford RAM for a simple oil change. I gave them the coupon below. 30 minutes later they called to say they do not accept that coupon. Upon my arrival back at the dealership, the service manager said that was a "Mopar" coupon not a Safford coupon. I showed him the image. I came to Sterling Jeep to schedule a time to return my leased car, and they told me they couldn’t take it because they 'do not have a spot on the lot.' This is absolutely terrible service and a frustrating experience. when they want you to lease a car or sell you something, they will say and do absolutely anything to make it happen. But the moment you try to return it, they turn you away over something as ridiculous as a parking space.
