We had an outstanding experience at Safford Brown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Sterling, VA. From start to finish, the communication from Kelsi and Bijan was excellent. Bought a Wagoneer from Abe at Safford Brown. The car was located at another one of their dealerships in southern VA. Abe himself went to pick it up in a 6+ hour round trip. From picking up the car hundreds of miles away, too last minute detailing, Abe was exceptional and great to work with. The entire dealership was very nice (like new) and the staff were all friendly.
