Made an appointment to come see a vehicle even though this location was a couple hours away. Morning of my salesman called me while I was on the way to notify me the vehicle didn't pass emissions. I don't live in a locality that requires it, but they said was due to exhaust so could be a major issue. I asked for the emissions inspection report to see what the issue was but they refused to provide saying the shop was too busy, and kept calling rather than text/email so nothing was in writing. Alejandro was so great and kind, caring and very helpful and so efficient. The service for my Jeep was fast for a recall and they washed it and also did my annual inspection. Great place and living close by if I needed a ride home to wait they will do that too living within 5 miles.
