I had an unfortunate experience at this bike shop. I brought my bike in at the start of the summer for a simple tune-up, expecting to have a smooth and enjoyable riding experience. Unfortunately, it did not turn out that way. First of all, they replaced the chain during the tune-up, which seemed like a reasonable thing to do.
