We have used Browns Security System for over 25 years. If we have any problems or concerns we call and they fix it. They have the best customer service around. We recommend them to everyone. They have even help us when we had questions about an alarm that was out of state. Great company and great people.

We’ve had a Browns Security System and monitoring for over 8 years. The system has been reliable and the monitoring has been excellent. A couple of times the alarm activated accidentally by us or family and they responded immediately, contacting us to verify.
