Driver, Chris, dented my SUV. His assistant, Cody, was equally responsible. Then, they wanted to charge me $435 for a five-minute, easy task (they didn’t even get in my SUV). The business/owner refused responsibility. I never could speak to the owner, Mr. Russell Brown, as he blocked me on Messenger when I reached out to discuss the matter, and would not return my phone calls. $400 for 3 min hookup out of shallow ditch (necessary to avoid hitting car w/no brake lights). Dented car, refused responsibility. Mr. Brown blocked me when reached out to discuss. Mandy in ofc was VERY rude. How do they stay in business with her nasty attitude, poor towing, egregious prices, & an owner who runs from responsibility? Took action to right the wrong. It’s the only way to stop unethical businesses from taking advantage of customers & disrespecting them.
