Could not be happier with the transaction and the truck.
This review is specific to Ms. Kelsey Mueller, General Manager, and the service provided by Brown's Sales and Leasing. I purchased a vehicle from out of state and later received a bill from my home state due to Brown's using a third party to handle taxes for these types of transactions. When presenting Brown's with the issue, which was a fee for sending tax payment to my home state late, they wanted nothing to do with it as the sale had happened 6 months prior. It was an extremely satisfying experience from the very beginning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Brit was great to work with and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns that made my decision to buy the right new truck to fit my needs. This is a dealership that really impressed me!
