I brought my 2019 Ram Promaster high top to Browns 2 years ago and they went above and beyond. Not only respectful and diligent in their answering of my questions, they were THOROUGH in the job of diagnosing and then rebuilding my transmission. Fair price, but honestly, the way they documented, allowing me to turn the records in to Chrystler for a FULL REFUND... priceless. Very rude and very unwilling to help. Will never call them for transmission work on ANY vehicle I own.
