Giving one star because google would not allow zero. This guy is a joke. He came out to "appraise" our new custom build and valued it $400,000 below market value, just because he claimed it "wasn't finished." The only thing missing was two countertops. He then suggested we could get a "reappraisal" (for a fee, of course) once the house was complete. This clown “appraised” my home for a heloc I’m doing with my bank and he came in @ $600,000 too low. He ignored the best comp which just sold literally right across this street. If your bank hires this joker, do not let him in your home. Tell them you want someone else. Disappointment and anger are sure to follow if you don’t.
