Wish there was an option to give zero stars. This is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. This man showed up at my home with his dog. Proceeds to leave said dog crap in my yard. He was not planning on cleaning it up until my neighbor who left him in called him out on it. Then the appraisal comes back....we have an aluminum shingle roof, he lists it as asphalt shingles along with many other discrepancies. This person clearly has no clue what he's looking at. 0 Stars (if I could give less, I would) I had an extremely disappointing experience with this appraisal company. After receiving the report, I asked for clarification on the comparables used, but instead of a respectful explanation, I was met with aggression and blatant disrespect. I was constantly overtalked and not even allowed to finish my sentences. To make matters worse, I later received an extremely disrespectful and insulting text message from the appraiser. Giving one star because google would not allow zero. This guy is a joke. He came out to "appraise" our new custom build and valued it $400,000 below market value, just because he claimed it "wasn't finished." The only thing missing was two countertops. He then suggested we could get a "reappraisal" (for a fee, of course) once the house was complete.
