Initially, I was very pleased at how professional they were on the phone. Returned calls promptly, called to confirm appointment, and called the morning of the job to let me know they were on their way. Unfortunately, the job itself was TERRIBLE. The walls themselves looked good, however there are at least a dozen spots on the carpet where paint had dripped. Worse, they didn't tell me just tried to "shave" the carpet to hide it.
